• Purchase information — the packages you buy and your order and access history. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details (such as the card's last four digits and billing status) but never your full card number.
• Learning activity — the quizzes and tests you complete and your scores and progress, so we can show your results and manage your access.
• Communications — messages you send us, and, if you register through a partner or invitation, the invitation details shared with us.

• Technical and usage data — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and access times, collected through server logs and cookies to keep the Site secure and functioning.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including granting and managing your access to purchased packages.

• Service providers that help us operate — including Stripe (payment processing), Twilio SendGrid (transactional email), and Microsoft Azure (cloud hosting and database). These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

• Legal and safety — when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Affinity HVAC Training, our users, or others.
